Conflict between school board members and the superintendent are far too common. Our unique Board Leadership PD is specifically designed for public school board members and the school superintendent (and, where appropriate, members of the central office team). The PD utilizes the Intelligent Influence framework to reintroduce the board leadership team to themselves and each other and develop a collaboration plan that will help the board leadership team work together more effectively.

Many teachers know how to deliver a lesson and manage a class filled with students who are well behaved and focused on learning. However, they struggle when they are faced with the challenge of managing a class filled with students who are having difficulty in school or dealing with personal issues that influence their behavior in class.  Our Classroom Management PD utilizes the Intelligent Influence framework to help teachers enhance classroom management, student engagement and academic growth.
